JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 127 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant's sister was married with the co-accused Rikesh Sharma about nine years ago and after 3-4 years of marriage the accused persons started demanding money and due to nonfulfillment of dowry demand the informant's sister was done to death.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is motherin-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. She has got no concern with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30652 of 2015 (2) dt.30-07-2015 the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the First Information Report. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Rajeev Ranjan Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 127 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
