The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 224 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. Seizure list does not bear signature of the petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused in this case because two mobiles, six SIM Cards and one ATM Card of SBI are said to have been recovered from the hut of this petitioner. These articles were never put on T.I.P. Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that other co-accused,namely, Bhola @ Bhola Sahni has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17574 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 dated 18.01.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 78757 of 2018.
Petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2018 having clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna City in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.
