Apprehending his arrest in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 224/2013 instituted under sections 376, 323 and 504/34 IPC, the petitioner has filed the present application seeking anticipatory bail.

The allegation as per the FIR lodged by the father of the minor girl is that the girl was taken to a remote place and subjected to rape by the petitioner. The circumstances showing complicity of the petitioner has been noticed by the learned Sessions Judge in the impugned order.

In my view, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. The application is dismissed.
