Considering the fact that the learned Writ Court has only relegated the writ-petitioners to take recourse to the statutory remedy of appeal available under the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009, we are not inclined to interfere into the matter. The

Patna High Court LPA No.579 of 2016 dt.20-06-2017 2/2 appellant may take recourse to the remedy available of approaching the Appellate Authority and the Appellate Authority is empowered under law to go into various aspects of the matter as are canvassed in this appeal. In case the appeal is filed within a period of 30 days from today, the Appellate Authority shall consider the appeal and decide it on merit and shall not reject it on the ground of delay.
