The petitioner is in custody in connection with S.Tr. No. 144 of 2017/CIS No. 144 of 2017 arising out of Gwalpara (Arar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 87 of 2016, a case under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. was lodged against un-known on recovery of dead body.

Submission is that the case diary would reveal that only there is suspicion against the petitioner due to past dispute between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59279 of 2017 (3) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr. No. 144 of 2017/CIS No. 144 of 2017 arising out of Gwalpara (Arar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 87 of 2016 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
