JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of assaulting the informant with iron rod and stick. Some of the injuries have been found to be grievous.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation of assault is omnibus and general and only one injury has been found to be grievous.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners in case the petitioners surrender within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28454 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 six weeks from today in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 520 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
