The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 89 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding unknown persons having committed robbery and taken away various valuable articles of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and his name has transpired in the present case on the basis of the confessional statement of one Jeetu @ Jeeta, whose name has transpired upon the confessional statement made by Shankar Kewat. It is further submitted that the said Shankar Kewat has already been granted bail by a co-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33318 of 2018(3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 ordinate Bench of this Court by an order dated 27.04.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 18800 of 2018. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 19.03.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Sare P.S.
