Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he seeks permission to avail remedy for redressal of his grievances made in the present writ petition, before the Registrar of the University. Learned counsel further submits that his case is covered by the judgment/order dated 03.08.2016 passed by the Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.4390 of 2023 dt.10-10-2023 2/2 in LPA No.131 of 2014.

3. Considering the above submission, the Registrar of the University is directed to take steps to redress the grievances of the petitioner in light of the order dated 03.08.2016 passed in LPA No.131 of 2014, as claimed in the present writ petition, within six weeks from communication of this order, in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
