ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Mashrakh P.S. Case No.34 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 406, 420 of the I.P.C. and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was some negotiation held between the parties for marriage but somehow or the other the negotiation failed. He further submits that the petitioners had returned the money to the informant a sum of Rs.2,30,000/- and to this effect the said affidavit sworn by the informant has been filed by the petitioners by way of supplementary affidavit.

No.28936 of 2015 (7) dt.27-11-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Saran at Chapra, in Mashrakh P.S. Case No.34 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.
