This is an application for regular bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation made by the informant is that her husband was killed by this petitioner along with two other accused persons on account of land dispute.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent and has got no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case as there was land dispute between the families. He is in jail custody since 15.07.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of
