CORAM:

HONOURABLE MR.

JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2016 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Perused the record.

The petitioner is the husband of the opposite party No. 2. He is aggrieved by an order, passed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, dated 11.11.2013, by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani, in M.R. Case No. 157 of 2012.

It is evident from the record that the said order, dated 11.11.2013, is based on the joint compromise petition

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.727 of 2014 (5) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 filed by the petitioner and opposite party No. 2 itself. I do not find any merit in this application, which is, accordingly, dismissed.
