The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 210/2018 arising out Mufasil P.S. Case No. 591 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section 303/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the petitioner herein, wife of the son of the informant, having killed her mother-in-law and the reason given by the informant is that the petitioner was having illicit relation with one villager Amar Deo Prasad and the deceased wife of the informant used to protest. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no occasion of the petitioner having killed her mother-inlaw especially on account of the fact that in the night all the family
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30321 of 2018 (3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 members sleep under one room. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 04.11.2017.
Per contra, the learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Mufasil P.S. Case No. 591 of 2017 arising out S. Tr. 210/2018.
