The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,354(B),379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 POSCO Act.

Civil suit is going on between the parties for land dispute vide Annexure-2. In the aforesaid background, allegation is of commission of sexual harassment and assault. Considering the background of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on
