The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing
