The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 88 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the I.P.C.
The allegation in the present case against the accused persons including the petitioner herein is regarding committing dacoity in the house of the informant.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that neither any T.I. Parade has been held nor the petitioner is an FIR named accused person and he has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused person. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the materials on record and I find that there are six other
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32241 of 2018 (3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 cases pending against him which itself is enough to deny the privilege of bail to the petitioner herein.
However, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the release of the petitioner, above named, on regular bail immediately upon completion of six months' of custody from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 88 of 2014.
