Petitioner is accused in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018 registered under Sections 147,148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 302 and 201 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by this Court as well as by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 24637 of 2019,24636 of 2019, 24637 of 2019 and 24859 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2018.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16697 of 2019(3) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018.
