For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) in the nature of writ of Certiorari for quashing and setting aside the order dated 14.09.2023 passed by the Divisional Commissioner Magdh Division, Gaya in Aganwari revision appeal No.91 of 2022 selection for the post of Sevika Ward No.03, Awaganwari Centre No.226 centre Anandwagh Co- Lalbagh of the petitioner has been rejected the prayer for continue the post of Sevika as per order dated 12.06.2021 passed by Child Development Program Officer Karpi in case No. 07 of 2020.

iii. For issuance an appropriate writ(s), order(s), Direction (s) in the nature of writ mandamus directing the respondent authorities to continue the work of petitioner for the post of Sevika. Ward No. 03, Aganbadi Centre No. 226 centre Anandbagh, Lalbagh of the petitioner the petitioner is only eligible candidate as the merit list prepared by the authorities of the Nam Sabha iv. For further respondents may be directed to appoint the petitioner for the post of Aganbaadi Sevika for Anganbadi Centre No.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
