1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned A.C.J.M. VI, Patna City vide order dated 08.05.2019 passed in connection with Complaint Case No.65 of 2017.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30437 of 2021(2) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Complaint Case No.65 of 2017.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Complaint Case No.65 of 2017.
