====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 13-05-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 503 of 2024 (Special Case No. 62 of 2025), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2) and 140(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 8 of POCSO Act.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner kidnapped the daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim has solemnized marriage with the petitioner which transpires from her statement under Section 164 of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17635 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted further that when the informant came to know the real fact, she compromised the case. The xerox copy of the compromise petition has been annexed with the bail petition. The petitioner is under custody since 16.11.2024.
5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant fairly conceded that parties have comprised.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII-cum Special Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 503 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
