Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as under section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to scuffle took place between the family of the petitioner and the informant over grazing cattle. Moreover, it is co-accused Ajay Yadav who fired causing injury on the neck region of informant's brother Dinesh Yadav. Petitioner is alleged to be order giver.

Considering the facts of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, in the event of surrender within eight weeks from todaybefore the Court below,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16075 of 2020(2) dt.15-07-2020 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Gaya in Magadh Medical Police Station Case No. 220 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
