1. The present MJC is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 08.02.2022 passed in CWJC No.15755 of 2021.

2. The petitioner is stated to have submitted representation on 08.02.2022 and it was to be considered by the

Patna High Court MJC No.707 of 2023(5) dt.16-01-2024 2/2 concerned authority within a period of four months from the date of receipt of such representation. There is a delay of about more than one year.

3. Having regard to the fact that concerned officer is stated to be a new incumbent and it was his fresh posting, we condone the delay in compliance of the orders of this Court.

4. Accordingly, the MJC contempt petition stands dropped.
