1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For quash the order dated 10.08.2023 passed in a Revision No.45/2021 by the Divisional Commissioner, Purnea, whereby and where under the Commissioner Purnea, dismissed the Revision petition of the petitioner as not maintainable and without hearing of merit of petition.

(ii) For also quash the order dated 05.10.2021 passed in a "Appeal No.215/2018-19 by the District Collector, Katihar, whereby and where under the Collector, Katihar dismissed the Appeal of the petitioner and affirmed the order of the Aanganwari

Patna High Court CWJC No.5716 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 Case No.05/2017-18 passed by the District Progamme Officer, Katihar on 28.09.2018, in which the District Programme Officer, Katihar, was canceled the appointment of the petitioner who is appointed as Aanganwari Sevika of Centre No.09 under Mohammadpur Panchayat.

(iii) For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents authorities to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika at Anganwari centre No.09 at Gram-Panchayat Mohammadpur, Kadwa, Dist.-Katihar, and also to make payment of her due salary/emolument computed right from the aforesaid post till the date of her reinstatement."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
