JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No.170 of 2017, a case under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Siwan.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2017. He was apprehended at the spot, when along with others the petitioner was robbing to the informant.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
