Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No.6873 of 2017 arising out of Naubatpur P.S.Case No.315 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 120 litres of illicit Mahua liquor from the Bolero car in which the petitioner was sitting.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had taken lift in the said car. He has nothing to do with the said liquor. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent languishing in custody since 10.10.2017.
