The petitioners have filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

"1. That the present writ application in being filed for setting aside the order dated- 13.01.2019 passed in Mutation Case No. 85 of 2016 passed by the learned Additional Collector, Bhojpur whereby

Patna High Court CWJC No.6286 of 2020(9) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 and whereunder the revision application filed by the petitioners against the order dated- 27.06.2016 in Mutation Appeal Case No. 426/2015- 16 passed by the learned Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Sadar, Bhojpur has been dismissed and/or for any other appropriate writ/ writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the writ petitioners are found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application to move an appropriate application under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the material on record, the instant application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. In case such an application is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the concerned authority under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act in considering the application for condonation of delay will consider the time for which the instant application remained pending in this Court.
