Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 07 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, that daughter of the informant went to attend the computer classes but she did not return. He has further alleged that the petitioners had kidnapped his daughter. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the alleged victim, Madhu Kumari, has lodged a complaint case against her maternal uncle and in the S.A. she has stated that her parents had

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28003 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 settled her marriage with an old age person of 60 year to which she was not ready. As per her statement, her maternal uncle, Binod Singh, has threatened her matrimonial inmates. She has also stated in her complaint petition that she has solemnized her marriage with Abhiram Kumar (petitioner No. 2). Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 07 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
