====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 02-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The bail application of the petitioner has been rejected twice by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Vide order dated 16.08.2022 a report was called for relating to progress of trial. The report has been received and Trial Court has demanded three months' time to complete the trial. Time granted.

The bail petition of the petitioner is rejected. But liberty is hereby granted to renew his prayer for bail after four months from today.
