The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 456, 436, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he entered the house of the informant at night and started abusing and assaulting her and finally, set her straw mud house on fire. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 05-10-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. The petitioner happens to be informant's

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 361 of 2018.
