2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 12 litres of country made wine has been recovered from the asbestos house of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and she has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, rather recovery has been made from asbestos house

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the bail petition and submits that petitioner is not entitled to the privilege of anticipatory bail in view of the decision of the Full Bench of this Hon'ble Court rendered in the case of Ram Vinay Yadav vs. The State of Bihar reported in 2019(2) PLJR 1089 (FB).
6. Considering the aforesaid decision of this Court, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to this petitioner is rejected.
