This application has been filed for restoration of SA No. 224 of 2007 which stood dismissed for non compliance of order dated 5.07.2010.

It is submitted that the required requisites were filed on time, i.e., on 15.07.2010 only against the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 but due to mistake the requisites could not be filed against the respondent nos. 4 and 5 within time. It is further submitted that the required requisites against the respondent nos. 4 and 5 were filed on 29.06.2016.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application explaining omission on part of the petitioner, the S.A. No.224 of 2007 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that the order dated 5.07.2010 has fully been complied on or before 29.06.2016 Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
