The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 295A/500 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the I.T. Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that a message has been sent on WhatsApp Group which is not permission in the eye of law.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that good sense has been prevailed between the parties vide Annexure-2 to the present petition. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18593 of 2022(2) dt.27-09-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Aurangabad in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 74 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U
