This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 293 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41(i)(ii) of the Bihar prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The recovery of liquor is from the pickup van. The petitioner is said to be involved in the transportation of illicit liquor. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail is dismissed.
