This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 vide order dated 5.10.2024 passed by the Court of First Additional District and Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in RBP No. 867 of 2024 arising out of Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 394 of 2024 under Sections 3(5), 111, 126(2), 169, 197, 307, 308(5), 303(2), 305, 324, 351(2) of BNS, 2023.

3. I have perused the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party no. 2 and do not find any error in the said order. Further, the petitioner has not been able to show any good ground to interfere with the impugned order granting bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23230 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/2 opposite party no. 2. Hence, no ground for cancellation of bail is made out.

4. Accordingly, this cancellation bail application is rejected.
