The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioners and alleged that the accused persons came to his field and began to abuse, when the accused persons were forbidden the accused persons assaulted the informant and also bitten him.

It is submitted that on account of land dispute the occurrence took place. The injuries found on the person of the informant and his wife is lacerated and simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28711 of 2015 (3) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Raushanganj (Bankey Bazar) P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
