Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S. Case No.36 of 2014, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner and one another shot fire causing two injuries and specific allegation is that the petitioner shot in the thigh and the deceased succumbed to the injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the doctor has found bandaged wound and the injury is said to be caused due to cattle grazing in the field; whereas learned APP for the State submits that there is specific allegation against the

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances as also the specific allegation against the petitioner, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S.
