The petitioner is in custody in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case no. 198 of 2017 for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2017. The case was registered against three unknown persons. The informant claimed that he could identify the accused persons who have committed the crime. He submits that petitioner is in custody for the last six months but he was not put on TIP. He submits that in the instant case petitioner was not granted bail by the court below due to his criminal antecedent although the other co-accused have been granted bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35381 of 2018(3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 198 of 2017.
