Learned counsel for the respondents have raised preliminary objection about the maintainability of the writ application in view of the decision of the Full Bench passed in Organizer, Dehri C.D. & C.M. Union Limited vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. reported in 2014(1) PLJR 695, where the Court has held that the writ is not maintainable against the co-operative society.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has approached before the Registrar, Co-
Patna High Court CWJC No.2466 of 2016 (2) dt.30-06-2017 2/2 operative Society.
In such view of the matter, this writ application is not maintainable. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed. However, the Registrar, Co-operative Society will be obliged to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take decision in accordance with law without unnecessary delay.
