The petitioner is in custody in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 399, 402, 120B, 115 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.06.2018. He further submits that from the possession of the petitioner except mobile nothing incriminating was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
