In this case, the petitioner is seeking payment of Rs.66,829.40/-, claiming that he was awarded the work for renovating the I.C.U. and C.C.U. and after renovation both the units of the hospital were required to be opened. In terms of the work order, he has completed the work and submitted the bill, but even after repeated request he has not been paid the bill amount. As it appears that the petitioner has filed several applications before the Civil Surgeon on different dates for payment of aforesaid amount.

Let the Civil Surgeon, N.C.D. Cell, D.H.S. Rohtas

Patna High Court CWJC No.5927 of 2016 dt.30-06-2017 2/2 consider the grievance of the petitioner and decide the same. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled to the aforesaid amount, then the same would be paid to him within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. For convenience, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh application, attaching the copy of the present order, before the Civil Surgeon.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
