JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc.No. 38569 of 2017, vide order dated 25.8.2017 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the charge has been framed in this case and petitioner is in custody for one year and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed upon him, if bail is granted.

In the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional District and

No.59327 of 2017 (4) dt.24-01-2018 2/2 Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, in connection with Ishachak P.S.Case No. 174 of 2016, G.R.No. 2484 of 2016, subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) he will co-operate in trial and appear in court as and when required, except genuine ground, otherwise his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
