====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2020 Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the matter is being taken up by way of virtual Court proceeding.

The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application. "1. For issuance of an appropriate writ or writs/direction or directions/order or orders and the relief to grant for the retiral dues to the petitioner who superannuated on 31.08.2017 from the office of respondent no. 5 but in spite

Patna High Court CWJC No.8257 of 2019(4) dt.08-10-2020 2/2 of the repeated representation the retiral dues like Pension, Provisional Pension, Gratuity and other relief has not been paid to the petitioner and as such the act of the respondent authorities are quite illegal, arbitrary and malafide with motive to harass the petitioner."

Considering the reliefs as sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file/make a detailed representation before the respondent no. 4, i.e., The District Programme Officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif. In case, any such representation is filed/made by the petitioner before the respondent no. 4 i.e., The District Programme Officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif, the respondent no. 4 shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of filing/making of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
