Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code including Section 138 of the N.I.Act, registered in connection with Chowk P.S.Case No. 237 of 2020. As per allegation, ten cheques given by co-accused Rahul Kumar in favour of the informant were dishonoured by the Bank.

No.31652 of 2021(8) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the brother of Rahul Kumar and it was the reason of his false implication. He is a person of clean antecedents. He has submitted further that despite notice served on the informant, he did not appear in Court. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-4th, Patna City in connection with Chowk P.S.Case No.237 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
