In this case, the petitioner is seeking payment of amount for certain work done by him, but even after repeated request, the same has not been paid.
There is an alternative remedy in view of constitution of Tribunal under the Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes
Patna High Court CWJC No.11816 of 2016 dt.30-06-2017 2/2 Arbitration Tribunal Act, 2008. The petitioner, if so advised, may approach to the Tribunal and raise his grievance. If he does so, the Tribunal shall decide the claim of the petitioner on its merit without unnecessary delay.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
