1. In pursuance to the order dated 26.03.2025, passed by this Court, in the present case, the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Masaurhi, has submitted a report dated 05.05.2025, wherein it has been stated that except the Doctor, all the other prosecution witnesses have been examined and he would make all efforts to conclude the trial within a period of two months from today.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition be disposed off, however, the learned Trial Court be directed to conclude the trial positively within the aforesaid period.

3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with a request to the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Masaurhi to conclude the trial of the pending Sessions Trial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19531 of 2025(3) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 No.445 of 2018 (arising out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No.254 of 2016) within a period of three months from today with a report to the Registrar General of this Court.
