2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 576 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased and the occurrence has taken place over a minor accident.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2024.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 576 of 2024.

7. If the informant has any apprehension from the accused persons, he may approach the Superintendent of Police, Nawada for protection under witness protection program. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
