Petitioner has made his claim for benefit under ACP scheme before the Superintendent of Excise, Darbhanga. Claim is dated 17.04.2014. He submits that dues and admissible claim on account of ACP was required to be examined and admissible benefit should be paid to the petitioner.

Since the issue is to be examined by the Superintendent Excise, Darbhanga, pendency of the instant proceedings would be futile.

Writ petition is disposed of with direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15032 of 2014(3) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 Superintendent Excise, Darbhanga to dispose of petitioner's representation and pay admissible dues, if any expeditiously without delay and preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
