Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Manihari P. S. Case No. 44 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 353, 427 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, has submitted that the petitioners are ready to deposit Rs. 30,000/- (thirty thousand) in Patna High Court Legal Aid
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28329 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 Committee. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 05.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77392 of 2018.
For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 05.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77392 of 2018, these petitioners are also granted anticipatory bail, subject to deposit of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) at the time of furnishing the bail bonds. If they deposit Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) in the Patna High Court Legal Aid Committee, and produce a receipt of the same, they shall be released by accepting their bail bonds. Considering the aforesaid facts, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Manihari P. S. Case No. 44 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) shakir/- U T
