2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Superintending Engineer, Nal Koop Division (Minor Irrigation), Darbhanga to first examine the representation filed by this petitioner dated 13.01.2012 before issuing the order of contract or contracts with Respondent No.
for renovation/repairing of 10 tube-wells in the area of Hasanpur Sugar Mill in the District of Begusarai.
3. At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the writ petition has now become infructuous by

4. In that view of the matter, the application is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
