The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Main (Paibigha O.P.) P.S. Case No.31 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147,148, 341, 323, 379, 307, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the application on behalf of petitioner nos. 2 and 3, namely, Amit Kumar @ Bagar Singh and Ramesh Kumar. Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far petitioner nos. 2 and 3,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28338 of 2021(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 namely, Amit Kumar @ Bagar Singh and Ramesh Kumar are concerned.

So far as petitioner no.1,namely, Binay Singh @ Ram Binay Sharma @ Ramvinay Sharma is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against him. Considering the above, this application for anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner no.1, namely, Binay Singh @ Ram Binay Sharma @ Ramvinay Sharma is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner no.1, namely, Binay Singh @ Ram Binay Sharma @ Ramvinay Sharma, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Gaya in connection with Main (Paibigha O.P.) P.S. Case No.31 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
