BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 02-11-2021 The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: "(i) For quashing the impugned letter dated 24.10.2018 issued by Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Danapur, whereby and whereunder the license fee of the petitioner has increased from the Rs. 1501/- per annum to Rs. 13,509/- per annum for the M.P.S. stall on platform no.

1 of Sachiwalay Halt which is unnatural and unsatisfied which is not sustainable in eye of law.

(ii) Further for quashing the impugned letter 11.02.2020 issued the Divisional Commercial Manager, Danapur by which

Patna High Court CWJC No.6018 of 2020(2) dt.02-11-2021 2/2 petitioner has been directed to deposit the enhance licence fee of M.P.S. alongwith it arrear and it gst by 29.02.2020 otherwise appropriate legal action would be taken.

(iii) Further for a direction to the respondent during pendency of this writ petition the impugned letter may be stayed.

(iv) To grant any relief for which the petitioner is entitled to get in the eye of law."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to the original licence holder to approach the authority for redressal of the grievances, in accordance with law.

Permission is granted.

The petition stands disposed of with liberty aforesaid. Interlocutory application, if any, also stands disposed of.
